Outtgoing Ten Network chairman Nick Falloon has said he expects little change at the company while speaking at the company's AGM.

Ten has appointed Brian Long as non-executive chairman to succeed Nick Falloon, who will step down as executive chairman.

Ten has also confirmed that Gina Rinehart, James Packer, Lachlan Murdoch and Paul Mallam as the nominee of substantial shareholder Bruce Gordon, will be joining the board.

At the company's AGM, Packer and Rinehart failed to turn up.

Murdoch told reporters he was looking forward to a full breifing on the company's operations, the ABC reported.
