P-plater clocked at 174km/h in NSW

A 23-year-old P-plater has lost her licence and been fined more than $2000 after she was allegedly clocked driving 174km/h in Sydney's west.

A P-plater allegedly clocked driving 174km/h on Sydney's Hume Highway has lost her licence and been fined more than $2000.

The 23-year-old woman was allegedly doing 64km/h over the 110km/h speed limit in Ingleburn when she was caught by highway patrol just after 7am on Tuesday.

She's had her licence confiscated, along with a six-month suspension and copped a $2306 fine, police said.
