CNN's Arwa Damon has crossed into Syria and found a group of opposition activists giving medical treatment to a man who described himself as a paid assassin of the government.

The man says he has killed 60-70 people, claiming it was kill or be killed, with his superiors threatening him if he did not carry out orders.
