Pakistan have been dismissed for 216 by New Zealand with Tim Southee taking six wickets to give his side a 55-run lead on day three of the second Test in Hamilton.
In an interrupted day, play resumed at 4.15pm local time after rain washed out the post-lunch session with Pakistan trying to crawl closer to the hosts' first innings of 271.
Southee quickly accounted for Mohammad Amir, getting one to climb and take the edge for Jeet Raval to take his third catch at second slip.
Imran Khan then went for six, gloving a short ball from Southee down the leg side.
His dismissal left Babar Azam not out on 90, his highest Test score in his three-match career.
Southee finished with figures of 6-80, Neil Wagner 3-59, Matt Henry 0-30 and Mitchell Santner 0-13.
Pakistan started the day at 5-76 but lost three wickets in the first session.
New Zealand lead the two-Test series 1-0.
