Palmer sizzles at swimming championships

Palmer sizzled to beat Bronte Barratt by just one hundredth of a second to add to her 400 metre freestyle title.

In other events, Brenton Rickard claimed his eighth straight 50 metre breaststroke title and Ryan Napoleon won the 800 metre final.

Jayden Hadler won the men's 200 metre butterfly but narrowly missed out on the qualifying time for the world championships team.
