Penrith have claimed the NSW rugby league club championship for the second straight season.

The Panthers were awarded the Flowers Memorial pennant on Sunday after scoring the highest points aggregate across the state's Harold Matthews, SG Ball and NSW Cup competitions.

The SG Ball side finished second and their reserve grade team ended the season in equal first place.

While the NRL team failed to make the finals in 2015, their under-20s take on Manly in next Sunday's grand final at ANZ Stadium.
