Penrith hooker James Segeyaro has been dropped to reserve grade, fuelling speculation he's headed for an early exit from the NRL club.
Segeyaro has been left out of coach Anthony Griffin's squad to take on Melbourne at AAMI Park on Saturday.
The former PNG international was dumped just a week after receiving a warning from police for consorting with known criminals after a night out at The Star casino.
Segeyaro was pictured dining with housemate Corey Norman alongside former bikies boss Paulie Younan and alleged fraudster and money launderer Rafat Alameddine.
Norman was later charged with drug possession after allegedly being caught with MDMA and muscle relaxants when stopped and searched by security.
Segeyaro is off-contract at the end of the year and is reportedly out of favour after a lacklustre start to the season with Peter Wallace named at No.9 to take on the in-form Storm.
Also, Chris Grevsmuhl is set to play his first game for the Panthers after receiving an early release from the Rabbitohs.
Meanwhile, the Wests Tigers have received a huge boost with fullback James Tedesco set to return from a shoulder injury against the Sydney Roosters on Sunday.
Tedesco was one of the form players of the competition before going down against South Sydney in round nine while exciting winger Josh Addo-Carr retained his wing spot.
Mid-season transfers Junior Paulo and Konrad Hurrell are set to line up for their new clubs Canberra and Gold Coast respectively.
Paulo was named as the Raiders' 18th man for their clash with Manly on Friday and will take the field pending registration.
Hurrell was named on a five-man Titans bench to take on the Rabbitohs in Perth on Sunday and could be a late inclusion after being released by the Warriors last week.
Travis Waddell will slot in at No.9 for Brisbane to replace the injured Andrew McCullough.
Former NSW winger Akuila Uate has been axed by Newcastle coach Nathan Brown while Jeremy Smith returns from a bicep injury for suspended back-rower Korbin Sims.
Sydney Roosters centre Dale Copley has been named to make a shock return from a ruptured pectoral seven weeks ahead of schedule.
Melbourne have not named Cameron Smith and Cooper Cronk with Craig Bellamy electing to rest his stars four days after State of Origin I, however they could be late inclusions.
For the Warriors, Manu Vatuvei returns after a month on the sidelines because of personal issues in one of six changes made by coach Andrew McFadden.
David Tyrell has been named on the Rabbitohs' bench for injured front-rower George Burgess (groin).
