Australian guard Patty Mills scored a season-best 22 points as the San Antonio Spurs halted a four-game NBA losing streak with a 108-107 away win at the Memphis Grizzlies on Tuesday night.

Mills made six of eight three-pointers in his equal- team high tally.

Centre LaMarcus Aldridge also had 22 points to go with 11 points as six Spurs scored in double figures.

Avery Bradley scored a season-best 33 points for Memphis in his second game since being acquired from the Los Angeles Clippers.

San Antonio shot just 41.9 per cent from the field but were a scorching 13 of 21 from 3-point range.

Mills made a season-best six treys while Davis Bertans drained all four of his attempts.

Klay Thompson and Stephen Curry bombed in a pair of 3-pointers apiece amid a late flurry that allowed Golden State to overtake the Utah Jazz en route to a 115-108 victory.

The Jazz led by as many as seven points early in the fourth quarter and retained a 93-88 advantage with 8:41 remaining before the Warriors got their high-powered offense in gear.

Thompson began a 20-4, game-swinging run with 3-point and 2-point hoops, the latter drawing Golden State even at 93-all with 7:50 remaining.

Kevin Durant (game-high 28 points), Curry (24) and Thompson (22) paced the Warriors, while Donovan Mitchell had a team-high 25 points for the Jazz.

Gordon Hayward scored 26 points off the bench to lead the visiting Boston Celtics past the Philadelphia 76ers 112-109.

Al Horford scored 23 points while Jayson Tatum added 20 points and 10 rebounds as the Celtics snapped a two-game losing streak.

Joel Embiid had 23 points and 14 rebounds for his league-leading 47th double-double and Australian Ben Simmons had 16 points, five rebounds and five assists.

Rookie Trae Young had 22 points and 14 assists as the Atlanta Hawks defeated LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers 117-113.

The Hawks snapped a three-game losing streak despite a triple-double from James, who had 28 points, 16 assists and 11 rebounds.

Nikola Vucevic had 25 points and 17 rebounds as the visiting Orlando Magic belted the reeling New Orleans Pelicans 118-88.

The Pelicans, who were coming off a season-low point total in a 99-90 loss at Memphis on Saturday, fell short of that total and lost for the eighth time in 11 games.

All-Star forward Anthony Davis, playing his third game since the trade deadline passed and he returned from a finger injury, had only three points on 1-for-9 shooting for New Orleans.
