For the second straight game the injury-riddled Memphis Grizzlies had no answer for the San Antonio Spurs.

A hot-handed Patty Mills has led the San Antonio Spurs to another hefty win over the Memphis Grizzlies in their NBA Playoff series.

The Australian back-up point guard top-scored for the Spurs with 16 points, sinking four of his six three point attempts.

The Spurs won 94-68 on their home court on Tuesday to take a 2-0 lead in the best-of-seven series against the dismal, injury-riddled Grizzlies.

"No, definitely not," said Mills when asked if the Spurs were getting complacent playing the undermanned Grizzlies.

Instead of celebrating the win and a tilt at a potential sixth NBA title in the club's history, Mills and the rest of the Spurs pointed to their 17 turnovers.

"We turned it over too much," Spurs coach Gregg Popovich said.

The Spurs, who have the second seed in the Western Conference, were never challenged, taking a 22-11 lead at the end of the first quarter and 49-35 at halftime.

Mills has been in hot form against the Grizzlies and pointed to his team's ball movement in creating open shots for him.

The Canberra-born shooter had 15 points, including three three-pointers, in the Spurs' 32-point thrashing of the Grizzlies in Sunday's game one.

"The better we move the ball, the more open shots we get and definitely our guys can knock them down," Mills said.

The series moves to Memphis on Saturday.

The seventh seeded Memphis' injury toll this season includes All-Star big man Marc Gasol and guards Mike Conley and Mario Chalmers.

The Grizzlies, forced to use a record 28 players this season, have had to hire journeymen, NBA Development League players and other castoffs to fill their roster.

In Tuesday's Eastern Conference playoff game, fourth seeds Atlanta Hawks took a 2-0 lead by thumping fifth seeded Boston Celtics 89-72.
