Paul Fegan retires from AMP

Former St George Bank chief executive and Telstra executive Paul Fegan has retired from the board of AMP, after six year with the company.

Vanessa Wallace has been be appointed to the AMP board as a non-executive direction.

Ms Wallace is a non-executive director of Wesfarmers and led Booz & Company's financial services practice in global markets prior to its merger with PwC.
