Former Qantas Loyalty head Simon Hickey will take over as chief executive of pet care retailer and vet services provider Greencross, replacing Martin Nicholas.
Greencross chairman Stuart James said Mr Hickey could help build the value of Greencross' customer data and rejuvenated loyalty programs, "bringing with him significant understanding of complex competitive business environments and a track record of delivering improved customer experience and driving commercial outcome".
The ASX-listed company also said it expects to post a nine per cent lift in first-half revenue when it delivers results on February 20.
