Travis Cloke's much-discussed AFL return has been confirmed, the high-profile forward remaining in Collingwood's line-up after the finalisation of teams for Sunday's matches.

Cloke, whose poor form resulted in VFL banishment before the Anzac Day clash with Essendon, was one of six additions this week to an extended Pies squad.

But his inclusion in the team to play Port Adelaide at the MCG was only confirmed when the AFL announced the final teams for Sunday's games, with Ben Sinclair and Matthew Goodyear also earning recalls for the injury-ravaged club.

Darcy Moore (collarbone), Taylor Adams (hamstring) and Alex Fasolo (shoulder) depart the side beaten by the Western Bulldogs.

The Power made two changes, bringing in Logan Austin for his AFL debut and Matthew Broadbent, with Jack Hombsch (hamstring) and Karl Amon (omitted) out.

Sydney premiership player Lewis Jetta's troubled transition to West Coast continued after he was dropped for the clash with the Bulldogs.

Youngster Tom Cole was also left out, the Eagles regaining Elliot Yeo and Andrew Gaff from injury.

The Dogs stuck with the same line-up who defeated the Pies for the Etihad Stadium clash.

Adelaide welcomed back important defender Rory Laird at the expense of former skipper Nathan van Berlo for their home clash with St Kilda.

The Saints lost Sam Fisher to a hamstring injury and dropped Jack Sinclair, and included Hugh Goddard and Jack Billings.

Geelong announced a change to their side for Saturday's home game against Greater Western Sydney, withdrawing ruckman Rhys Stanley (foot) and replacing him with Jordan Murdoch.
