Collingwood coach Nathan Buckley plans on building his AFL club's forward line around young gun Darcy Moore.
Moore crashed packs, clutched three contested marks and booted 3.3 in the Magpies' three-point loss to Western Bulldogs on Friday night.
It followed a similar effort in round 19, when Moore was Collingwood's leading goal-kicker in a shock win over West Coast despite playing only one half because of a hamstring injury.
"We'll build a forward line around Darcy over the next ten years and he's ready to go now," Buckley said.
"He's only played 25 games and he's ready to impact the competition in a big way and he's going to be really important for us, starting now.

"It was a real good effort for Darce (to miss only one game because of his injury).
"Darcy's a dangerous key forward. He's mobile, he's athletic. He always threatens in the air. His contest at ground level is pretty strong as well."
Moore's rise would seemingly add weight to reports that veteran spearhead Travis Cloke has played his last game at the club and will be traded.
Buckley disagreed.
"Trav's contracted (for 2017)," he said.
"I'm pretty confident Trav can regain his confidence, regain his form and play some really good footy.
"And we expect that to be with us next year."
Meanwhile, former Greater Western Sydney on-baller Adam Treloar gave Collingwood fans an insight into his immense potential on Friday night.
Treloar, one of the Magpies' best this year, took things to another level with 34 touches, nine tackles and a goal.
"There are pot shots coming from all angles for anyone at the Collingwood football club ... but Adam Treloar is not someone who should be copping it," Buckley said.
"He's got great wheels. He can win the ball inside, he can get outside.
"He's going to be a very good midfielder ... he'll be very important for us."
Buckley confirmed defender Ben Reid was set to miss the rest of the season because of a knee injury.
"It's reached a tipping point ... it's unlikely we'll see him back for the rest of the year," Buckley said.
Moore cut his head on Friday night, when he clattered against the fence, but Buckley suggested the young gun was ok.
"It looked full on, it looked pretty significant. He's got LED dimples in the side of his head. It wasn't a small knock but he bounced back from that OK," Buckley said.
