Plans have been revealed for a $25 million luxury hotel overlooking the Port Arthur Historic Site in southern Tasmania.
The Federal Group on Friday unveiled its concept which includes 20 suites - expected to cost guests more than $1000 a night - along with a bar, restaurant and spa treatment facility.
"The resort is focused on providing a unique guest experience that is completely luxurious yet understated and respectful to the site," architect Peter Walker said.
