PM arrives in Lima for APEC

Malcolm Turnbull has touched down in the Peruvian capital for the APEC leaders summit.

Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull has arrived in Lima for the APEC leaders meeting.

Mr Turnbull touched down in the Peruvian capital early on Friday morning local time.

The prime minister is expected to have a bilateral meeting with Peru's president, visit some Australian-run businesses and discuss innovation on his first day at the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation summit.
