PM warned of 'multiculturalism perils'

Prime Minister Julia Gillard has been warned of the so-called "perils of multi- culturalism" at a public meeting in Adelaide.

A resident seized a roving microphone and questioned the PM on her attitude - before warning it's a policy that simply doesn't work.

Ms Gillard, a migrant herself, said multi- culturalism enriched the lives of Australians.
