Papua New Guinea's prime minister has congratulated Donald Trump on winning the US presidential election.
Peter O'Neill also paid tribute to the hard fought campaign of Hillary Clinton - a long-standing friend of PNG - who he described as an inspiration for women.
Mr Trump will potentially visit Port Moresby for the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) summit in 2018.
