Police raids uncover drug haul in Vic

Police have seized ore than 16 kilograms of cannabis and 91 cannabis plants in raids at a home in country Victoria.

More than 16 kilograms of dried cannabis and 91 cannabis plants have been uncovered in a police raid at a country Victorian property.

Police raided the Leongatha home on Wednesday and seized the plants and drugs as well as hydroponic equipment used for growing cannabis.

A 34-year-old Leongatha man will face court on Thursday charged with drug trafficking, theft and other drug related offences and a 44-year-old Korumburra man was released pending further enquiries.
