Port delist AFL midfielder Toumpas

Former No.4 draft pick Jimmy Toumpas has been delisted by AFL club Port Adelaide.

Port Adelaide have delisted Jimmy Toumpas, six years after he was selected with pick four in the AFL draft.

Toumpas was initially signed by Melbourne with the fourth pick in the 2012 draft before Port recruited him at the end of the 2015 season.

After 27 games with the Demons, the 24-year-old played just 10 AFL games in his three years at Port who also delisted Ugandan-born Emmanuel Irra on Tuesday.
