US rapper Post Malone has thanked fans for their prayers after his private jet made an emergency landing in New York.
In a tweet after the landing, he also struck out at those who "wished death" on him while he was in the air.
The Gulfstream IV landed at New York Stewart International Airport in Newburgh, north of New York City, on Tuesday after two tyres were earlier blown on takeoff at New Jersey.
Emergency responders were ready by the runway, and fans who had gathered clapped and cheered as the plane landed safely.
The jet was headed to London Luton Airport in London from Teterboro Airport when the pilot realised after takeoff that the tyres had blown.
He circled the airport for about 30 minutes before the jet was diverted.
The Federal Aviation Administration said the plane had 16 people on board.
The jet originally had been diverted to Westfield-Barnes Regional Airport in Massachusetts. It landed instead at Stewart, which has a nearly 3,650m runway.
Post Malone is set to perform at the Reading and Leeds Festival in England over the weekend.
