A bride has been brought to tears by a powerful haka performed at her wedding reception.

A video of the haka, posted to the I'm Proud To Be Tongan Facebook page, has been viewed more than 10 million times.

The video shows a group of wedding guests performing the haka as the bride and groom, Benjamin and Aaliyah Armstrong, stand by.

Ms Armstrong begins to cry during the performance and both she and her husband later join in.

Comments under the video suggest the couple has been surprised by the video's popularity.

"My notifications are crazy right now," wrote Ms Armstrong, who also joked about her "ugly crying".

Many other commenters said the video had moved them to tears.

"I cried when you teared up. Such a touching moment," wrote one.

"Congratulations, and this was such a beautiful video, I started to cry," wrote another.

The video was reportedly created by Heinrich and John Hettig, cousins of Ms Armstrong.
