Prisoner dies at Darwin jail

The 37-year-old suffered a suspected medical episode while outside of his cell on Saturday afternoon, Northern Territory police say.

A man has died at the Darwin Correctional Centre.

Police said the 37-year-old man was outside his cell when he suffered a suspected medical episode on Saturday afternoon.

Police are investigating and will prepare a report for the coroner.
