Parramatta's Kaysa Pritchard and Melbourne's Cheyse Blair have been hit with round 14 charges by the NRL match review committee, but can avoid suspensions with early guilty pleas.

Pritchard earned a grade two careless high tackle charge for a hit on Gold Coast's William Zillman in the Eels win in Darwin on Saturday.

Blair was charged with grade one dangerous contact for a tackle on Sydney Roosters utility Mitchell Aubusson in the Storm's 46-0 win at Allianz Stadium on Saturday night.

Both Pritchard and Blair will avoid bans if they take the the early guilty pleas on their charges.

If they choose to fight the charges at the NRL judiciary and lose, they will each earn a one-week ban.
