Will Pucovski has showed his immense appetite for big scores, putting Victoria on course for a Sheffield Shield win against Western Australia with a double century.
The 20 year-old became just the second Victorian after Dean Jones to crack 200 at the WACA, compiling a brilliant 243.
It was part of the visitors' first innings total of 504, securing them a 296-run first innings lead.
The precocious talent's hefty return came from 311 deliveries and included 30 boundaries.
It backed up the maiden century (188) he made last season against Queensland at the MCG.

The former Australian under 19 representative, who has played just six first class matches, has been earmarked for some time.
As an under 12 player at for Melbourne side Hampton United he won a batting trophy after averaging 280 in a season in which he was dismissed just once.
"It's obviously pretty special to do what happened today. I guess it feels a bit surreal at the moment but if we get the win tomorrow it will sink in then," Pucovski said.
"To get nearly 300 in front and have them 4-45 overnight obviously we're in a pretty strong position. Hopefully we can hammer on it tomorrow and be ruthless, and knock them over pretty quickly."
On Wednesday he got especially good support from Matt Short (80) while Cameron White chimed in with 39.
Marcus Stoinis took 4-73 for WA and while Simon Mackin took three wickets, he went for 138 in 22 overs. Debutant leg spinner Usman Qadir picked up two scalps.
Victoria dominated again with ball in hand, Chris Tremain (2-24) Andrew Fekete (1-7) and Scott Boland (1-9) ripping open the WA top order.
The not out WA batsmen overnight are Stoinis (3) and Josh Philippe (9).
