West Indies have named Richard Pybus as their interim head coach.
Former Bangladesh and Pakistan coach Pybus, currently the Windies' high performance director, will take charge of the side while a replacement for Stuart Law, who resigned last September, is found.
A Cricket West Indies statement read: "The CWI board of directors have already approved a succession planning programme for regional coaches and will simultaneously be conducting a regional search in order to appoint a long-term head coach for the Windies men's team from September 2019 onwards."
Pybus' first assignment will be against England later this month before overseeing a triangular series in Ireland, the 2019 World Cup this summer and then the visit of India.
He said: "I am really looking forward to working with Jason (Holder) and the Test and ODI teams, as well as Carlos (Brathwaite) and the T20I team, as we continue to build Windies cricket.
