Adelaide coach Don Pyke is confident star duo Rory Sloane and Tom Lynch will remain at the AFL club.
Both fall off-contract at season's end and are targets of Melbourne-based clubs but Pyke says both want to stay at the Crows.
"We have got two players we want to keep, two players who want to be at the footy club and we're working towards finding suitable arrangements for both of them," he told reporters on Wednesday.
"If there is something to announce and inform you on, we will let you know."
Sloane's season has been cruelled by two separate foot injuries - he has missed the pasr six games and remains about three weeks from resuming.
"We continue to talk to Rory, I am not going to engage in a conversation about what ifs," Pyke said.
"I am confident in that space."
Sloane and Lynch, both Victorians, are in the sights of several Melbourne-based clubs.
Linkman Lynch reportedly travelled to Melbourne recently to house-hunt, fuelling speculation he could be on the move.
Pyke said he was more concerned with the short-term, rather than long-term, after suffering his heaviest loss as Adelaide coach - a 91-point belting from Melbourne.
But he said he would keep the faith in his players despite their Alice Springs horror show.
"You have got to be really careful in this game of jumping at shadows," Pyke said.
"I have got a lot of faith and belief in the playing group, players that we have had this year have performed really well at times.
"We have had some poor performances, the Collingwood and Melbourne games stand out, we learn from that.
"We're going to continue to develop and we're going to get some opportunities for younger guys who are playing.
"That's unfortunately what we got last week but a week is a long time in footy."
Crows Paul Seedsman (groin) and Luke Brown (concussion) remain in doubt for Sunday's home match against Greater Western Sydney.
