Liberal frontbencher Christopher Pyne hopes Family First and the South Australians Greens give him their preferences on August 21.
The Australian Greens have confirmed they will preference Labor in almost all marginal lower house seats.
However, the suburban Adelaide electorate of Sturt - held by Mr Pyne by less than one per cent - has not been included in the deal.

It's good news for the incumbent, who is facing his toughest battle yet to keep the seat from Labor.
Mr Pyne said he was hoping Family First, or even the Greens, would send preferences his way to help him get across the line.
"Labor is throwing everything at me in Sturt, they are outspending me 10 to one," he told ABC Radio on Friday.
"They'll do everything to remove me from the seat."
