Qantas has posted a 10.5 per cent jump in overall passenger numbers for February, buoyed by international travellers.
The Sydney-based airline, Australia's biggest, carried 4.04 million passengers in the month, up from 3.65 million in the same period a year ago.
Its core international arm reported a 11.3 per cent rise in passenger numbers, while its budget carrier Jetstar booked a 27.4 per cent jump in international travellers.
Qantas' Jetstar Asia carrier posted a 19.8 per cent rise in passenger numbers.
The number of Qantas domestic passengers rose 6.2 per cent, while Jetstar's lifted 7.5 per cent.
