Not content with a whitewash, Queensland captain Cameron Smith wants to brainwash NSW too.
The Maroons leader says Queensland hopes to seal a rare series sweep to ensure the Blues don't get any ideas about breaking their State of Origin hold any time soon.
The Maroons can clinch only their fifth 3-0 result in Wednesday night's Origin III at ANZ Stadium after sealing their 10th series win in 11 years.
Smith said Queensland's first "Maroon-wash" in six years would curb NSW's self-belief for at least next year.
"They are looking towards next year as well," said Smith ahead of his record 39th Origin.

"We can't afford not to put in a good performance because that can give them (NSW) a bit of self-belief and momentum into next series."
Smith said Queensland coach Kevin Walters had upped the ante at training at their Gold Coast training camp to ensure there was no complacency.
"There is no lack of motivation. We spoke about our mindset towards this match and where it needs to be at and I don't see any issues," he said before Queensland flew into Sydney on Monday."
Smith believed there was pressure on NSW to provide a fitting farewell for departing captain Paul Gallen.
"They want to send their captain out a winner, I have no doubt," he said.
"Losing two games at home wouldn't be a nice feeling either."
Walters has the chance to become just the third Origin coach in history to clinch a whitewash in his first year, joining NSW's Ron Willey (1986) and Queensland's Paul Vautin (1995).
Smith backed prop Nate Myles to start for Queensland after overcoming a knee complaint at camp.
He was sidelined for Queensland's 26-16 game two win - only the second game he missed since his 2006 Origin debut.
The 30-Origin veteran has dismissed claims game three will be his last, a call Smith backed.
"I expect him to play like every other time he has pulled on the Maroons jumper," Smith said of the 31-year-old Myles.
Winger Dane Gagai has overcome a quad complaint.
The Maroons will farewell one of their own on Wednesday night - retiring lock Corey Parker will play his 19th and final Origin.
Queensland have won the past six game three Origins, losing their last in 2009.
