A body believed to be that of 26-year-old suspected murder victim Michael Klaassen has been found near Brisbane.
Police say officers investigating the alleged homicide found remains at a property at Logan Reserve, south of Brisbane, on Friday afternoon.
Forensic officers will attempt to recover all remains on Saturday.
The body has not been formally identified.
A 24-year-old man from Jimboomba, near Logan, was charged on Friday with murder and interfering with a corpse.

A 35-year-old man and a 28-year-old man were charged with being accessories to murder.
The 35-year-old was also charged with interfering with a corpse.
The trio was expected to appear in the Beenleigh Magistrates Court on Saturday.
Police say there are continuing to examine another crime scene at bushland in Burbank, in Brisbane's southeast.
Mr Klaassen was reported missing by his father on August 12.
He was unemployed, and last seen in the Logan area.
