The Queen has paid tribute to fallen Australian soldiers by laying down a wreath at the 'Tomb of the Unknown Soldier', during her visit to the Australian War Memorial in Canberra.
While being escorted by memorial council chairman, General Peter Cosgrove, the Queen paused to take a look at the list of Australian soldiers that have died in the Afghanistan conflict.
It's the royal couple's final public event in Canberra for their Australian visit.

Tomorrow, the Queen will fly to Melbourne, before she heads to the other side of the country to attend the Commonwealth heads of Government meeting in Perth.
