The Queen is to visit the site of the 9/11 attacks in New York next month as part of her North American tour.
The visit willl take place on 6th July, when she is also due to address the United Nations General Assembly.
The US visit will follow a week long tour of Canada, where she'll be honouring the Canadian Navy's centenary and Canada Day.
Duke's health
Her Majesty will be accompanied by the Duke of Edinburgh, who turns 89 on Thursday. Buckingham Palace said yesterday that he has had surgery to cure a problem with his left hand.
