Queensland man charged with 100+ sex offences

Police have charged a Queensland man with more than 20 years of sex offences against three girls.

A Queensland man has been charged with more than 100 sex-related offences dating back 45 years.

The 78-year-old allegedly abused three girls on numerous occasions between 1972 and 1993 in North Queensland and Brisbane.

The man has been charged with more than 130 offences, including 61 counts of indecent treatment of a child and 53 counts of rape, and is expected to face Rockhampton Magistrates Court on Wednesday.
