Jordan Rapana has been warned by the NRL for an offensive gesture to referees during Canberra's round one loss to North Queensland.
The Raiders winger was issued with a concerning act notice after raising both middle fingers at officials in the Cowboys' thrilling 20-16 golden-point win on Saturday.
But the New Zealand international won't face suspension, with concerning act notices not holding enough weight to warrant an appearance at the judiciary.
Rapana committed the act after a match-winning try by teammate Elliott Whitehead in extra-time was disallowed when officials ruled a lead-up pass was forward.
