Ricardo's Business: Carbon tax to lift flight fares

Australia's listed companies have started to quantify just what kind of implications the carbon tax may have on their bottom line, but it seems most of those costs will be passed onto consumers.

Australia's listed companies have started to quantify just what kind of implications the carbon tax may have on their bottom line, but it seems most of those costs will be passed onto consumers.

Qantas and Virgin Australia say they'll increase domestic flights directly as a result. But there are some companies which stand to benefit.
