Sydney veteran Ted Richards has been given no assurances of making his AFL return against the Western Bulldogs, as the club prepares for a crucial three weeks.
Richards (concussion) is in contention for a recall at the SCG on Saturday after returning in the NEAFL last weekend, but Swans coach John Longmire may opt to save the defender for the following crunch clashes against Geelong and Hawthorn.
"Teddy Richards played last week so we'll see how those sessions go this week before we make the decisions," Longmire said on Tuesday.
