Vale, Roger the Ripped Roo.
The much-loved alpha kangaroo - best known for its heavily muscular frame and crushing a metal bucket in its hulking paws on camera - has died aged 12 at the Kangaroo Sanctuary in Alice Springs.
The muscle-bound big red was also captured boxing and even indulging in a little kick boxing with his giant feet.
“Sadly Roger has passed away of old age,” the Sanctuary announced via Facebook.
“He lived a lovely long life and was loved by millions around the world. We will always love you and miss you Roger.”
Roger burst onto the internet in 2015 after the photo of him cursing the bucket went viral.
The 90kg roo - who was about 6'7 according to the Sanctuary - went on to further online fame as word of his muscular physique and feats of strength grew.
The metal bucket photo was captioned: “I was feeding Roger and put down the bucket to get some water".
“He maybe saw his reflection, and before I knew it he had gone crazy and bear hugged it — crushing it in a second. A big kangaroo is renowned for crushing dogs trying to kill them. They don’t mess.”
