Rogers wins Tour of Andulucia

Australian cyclist Michael Rogers has won the Tour of Andulucia after finishing third in the event's fifth and final stage.

Rogers finished two seconds behind Spanish stage winner Francisco Ventoso, who covered the 161-kilometre course in 4hr:20min:5sec.

The Australian's overall time for the event was 18hr:12min:16sec.

Rogers's compatriot Simon Gerrans of Team Sky finished in second place for the stage behind Carmiooro rider Ventoso.
