Australian entertainer Rolf Harris is due to front court again on Monday charged with 13 child sex offences.

The 83-year-old is scheduled to appear at Southwark Crown Court in London after a magistrate a fortnight ago declared she didn't have sufficient powers to deal with the case.

A frail-looking Harris indicated at the time he would be pleading not guilty in the higher court.

The artist and singer is facing six counts of indecently assaulting a 15-year-old girl in 1980 and 1981 and three charges of indecent assault on a girl aged 14 in 1986.

He is also charged with four counts of making indecent images of a child in the first half of 2012.

Under his bail conditions Harris is not allowed to have contact with any person under the age of 18 unless he's accompanied by someone over the age of 21.
