England winger Ryan Hall is expected to link with the Sydney Roosters as a replacement for Blake Ferguson in the coming days.
The 30-year-old 32-Test veteran announced he would leave the English Super League at the end of the season after a stellar 12 seasons at Leeds.
"I am immensely proud of what we have achieved together," Hall said.
"For me personally, I feel that this is the right time for a new challenge after such a long period at the club and my decision in no way reflects on the Rhinos."
Hall piqued the interest of NRL clubs after starring in England's World Cup campaign last year in which they fell to Australia in the final.

Hall rejected the Rhinos' offer of a new deal to try his hand at cracking the NRL.
He has been heavily linked with the Roosters after former NSW and Australian winger Ferguson signed with Parramatta on a three-year deal.
The Roosters will now have high hopes that Hall will add instant quality to their backline with the English star boasting an impressive resume including six grand final wins and 232 tries in 327 first-grade appearances.
"Naturally we are disappointed to lose a player of the quality of Ryan Hall," Leeds director of rugby Kevin Sinfield said.
"The club were keen to keep him here and we made him an offer that reflected his standing in the game."
