Rubio 'not a Romney VP contender'

Doubt has been cast on Cuban American Marco Rubio's possible nomination as Mitt Romney's running mate.

Barack Obama's recent policy change that undocumented young immigrants would not be deported appears to be a political winner, especially in the Latino community.

Professor Gary Segura from the University of Stanford claims Mitt Romney's announcement is a reaction to that, but says he doesn't believe Senator Rubio would be a contender for a vice presidential nomination.
