Richard McLaren will publish his final report into Russian doping on the WADA website before holding a press conference in London early next month.
WADA asked the Canadian law professor in May to investigate claims of state-sponsored cheating made by the Moscow anti-doping laboratory's former director Grigory Rodchenkov.
The report will be released on December 9.
In July, just three weeks before the Rio Olympics, McLaren released an interim report that detailed evidence of a remarkable conspiracy to manipulate samples and hide positive tests between 2011 and 2015, particularly at the 2014 Winter Olympics in the Russian city of Sochi.
The scandal led to widespread calls for Russia to be banned from Rio and the country's team were thrown out of the Paralympics.
The International Olympic Committee, however, took a more lenient stance, allowing Russia to send an almost full-strength team to Brazil.
Since publishing his initial findings, McLaren has come under extreme pressure from Russia, the IOC and many international sports federations to share his evidence and name all the athletes who benefited from various schemes outlined by Rodchenkov and other whistle-blowers.
That evidence will now be revealed and many anti-doping experts are expecting McLaren's final report to definitively answer those who doubt Russia's guilt.
Journalists and other interested parties will be given a chance to read the report before McLaren holds a press conference.
The IOC has already set up two commissions to examine McLaren's findings and make recommendations on any possible sanctions, while Russia has opened its own investigation into Rodchenkov's claims led by veteran IOC member Vitaly Smirnov.
Russia's anti-doping agency, Moscow laboratory and athletics federation are all currently suspended following an earlier WADA-funded investigation, while Russia's Paralympic committee is also banned from international competition.
