Russia set to cooperate on Syria: agencies

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov is reported to have said his nation is ready to cooperate with the US on settling the Syrian crisis.

Moscow is ready to cooperate with the United States on settling the Syrian crisis, Russian news agencies report Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov as saying.

Russian authorities reiterate periodically that they stand ready to renew co-operation with Washington on Syria and, more globally, on fighting terrorism.
