Russia is set to hear whether it will be allowed to compete at the Paralympics in Rio de Janeiro following its appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).
CAS is expected to announce a ruling in Lausanne, Switzerland by 1000 GMT (2000 AEST) on Tuesday.
The International Paralympic Committee (IPC) on August 7 suspended the entire Russian team from the 2016 Paralympics, which run from September 7-18.
It said the Russian committee had failed to fulfil membership responsibilities and obligations, including compliance with the IPC and world anti-doping codes.
IPC president Philip Craven said in the IPC ruling that the Russian government "has catastrophically failed its Para athletes" over state-sponsored doping which also affected Paralympic disciplines.
The International Olympic Committee decided against a ban of all Russian athletes from the just-ended Rio Olympics. Russia's track and field athletes were, however, barred by international athletics federation IAAF.
