Russia have reached an "understanding" with the World Anti-Doping Agency to transfer data from a Moscow anti-doping laboratory, the Kremlin says.
Russia were previously unable to transfer the data as there were disagreements about data storage devices, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said in comments carried by state news agency TASS on Wednesday.
"I would say that these issues were rather not substantial but were of a logistics nature," Peskov said.
"Intensive contacts are currently under way ... and an understanding has been reached with WADA concerning future work."
WADA officials were to arrive in Moscow on Wednesday to receive access to data from the laboratory, Russian Sport Minister Pavel Kolobkov said earlier this week.
Access to the laboratory by December 31 was a condition of the Russian Anti-Doping Agency being reinstated by WADA, after a three-year suspension, in September.
Russia is seeking to restore faith in its anti-doping system after allegations of widespread state-sponsored doping among top athletes have tarnished its reputation in international sporting events.
