SA man accused of historic child sex abuse

An Adelaide man has been charged with historic child sex offences stemming from the child abuse royal commission.

An Adelaide man is accused of child sex offences dating back to the 1980s.

The 63-year-old was charged on Monday with 19 counts of indecent assault, three counts of unlawful sexual intercourse and two counts of persistent sexual abuse of a child between 1982 and 1984.

He was bailed to appear in the Adelaide Magistrates Court on July 27.

This is the sixth arrest by South Australian police stemming from the child abuse royal commission.
