SA to build more affordable homes

The South Australian government will provide $20 million to build more than 120 affordable homes for the state's most vulnerable.

More than 120 affordable homes will be built in Adelaide and regional South Australia under a $20 million state government plan.

Social Housing Minister Tony Piccolo says nine community housing providers will share the cash to deliver new and affordable homes to help support vulnerable and disadvantaged families.

The funds will also support the construction industry during challenging times, he says.
