The company that owns the Sage institute colleges has stopped trading in Queensland and NSW, while training in Victoria has been suspended.

The Australian Careers Institute, which owns the Sage Institute of Fitness, has stopped trading in Queensland and NSW and suspended training in Victoria for seven days.

Students were told on Wednesday they will be given help to be placed at other training providers to complete their course or given credits or refunds, creditors said.
