Controversial Sydney businessman Salim Mehajer has appeared in court for allegedly breaching his bail conditions.
The 31-year-old was arrested at Bankstown Police Station about 10am Friday before appearing in Bankstown Local Court, a NSW Police spokeswoman told AAP.
Mehajer was then released again on court bail, with the matter adjourned to June 6.
The alleged breach involved the former Auburn mayor using two mobile phones, according to the Nine Network.
Mehajer in April was granted bail on his fourth attempt after spending two months behind bars over allegations he staged a car crash on his way to court for an assault case in October 2017.
In the weeks following his release, he was found guilty of electoral fraud relating to a 2012 plot that also involved his younger sister Fatima.
Mehajer vowed to appeal the decision and expressed "huge" confidence in the justice system following the ruling.
He was also convicted of intimidating his ex-wife after he sent her Instagram and email messages in 2017.
In addition to those cases, the property developer - whose debts include an $8.6 million tax bill - is fighting to have his bankruptcy annulled. That matter will next be heard on June 21.

Mehajer's bail conditions included a $200,000 surety, a requirement to report twice daily to Bankstown Police Station and a ban on leaving NSW or going within 500 metres of Sydney Airport.
He was ordered to use only one mobile phone and provide the phone number to the court registrar.
He is also on a good behaviour bond for assaulting a taxi driver outside Star casino but was given no penalty for assaulting a Seven Network journalist after his arrest.
