Brisbane playmaker Anthony Milford will captain Samoa in Saturday's Test against Papua New Guinea.

Milford and Broncos teammate Jamayne Isaako are both named in a squad comprised entirely of NRL talent to take on the Kumuls at Sydney's Leichhardt Oval.

James Segeyaro and Kurt Baptiste are among the most-experienced names in the Papua New Guinea squad, which also includes Lachlan Lam, son of former Queensland State of Origin captain Adrian.

Fiji and Lebanon have also announced their teams to take part in a Test at the same venue before the Samoa-PNG clash.

Penrith tyro ViliameKikau and Melbourne flyer SuliasiVunivalu headline the Fiji team.
